The rooms are huge with balcony and the staff are fantastic.

The bathrooms are quite small.

We really enjoyed the large and huge rooms. Extras like a safe, a work desk, and a flat screen TV were appreciated.

Came here for 3 night stay, had an excellent experience. The workers were great. Got the same suite booked online with a spacious balcony as well as the Zappa bar. I had an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

The double room was reasonably large, comfortable bed. We were in an excellent and nice location not too far away from a shopping mall. This hotel was in a local area.

We had a fantastic stay at Secrets-. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel like we were part of their family. The location was perfect, with tuk tuks and motorbike taxis readily available, making it easy to explore the area. The room amenities were great, including a big bathroom, a big TV with YouTube, air conditioning and a strong fan, and a kettle. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing us with a peaceful night's sleep. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our balcony. our experience felt super-local and we didn't feel like typical tourists. We will definitely stay here again.

my stay at secrets - pattaya was absolutely perfect. from the moment i arrived, the staff made me feel at home and welcomed. the room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. the location was also ideal, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. i couldn't have asked for a better experience.

it was brand-new, reasonably large and with balcony. an electric kettle and refrigerators worked well. location : the hotel was close to all the attractions, an alley about 50 metres from the bar/venue and restaurants, laundry, massage and transport.

We had an amazing experience staying at Secrets. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. It was refreshing to have that personal touch that you don't get from a hotel chain. The owners are doing a great job of renovating the place, and the beds were absolutely fantastic. We had the best sleep ever on those firm memory foam mattresses. The location was perfect, with tuk tuks passing by 24/7 and plenty of motorbike taxis available. It was so easy to explore the city and we didn't feel like tourists at all.

I got great value for my money at Secrets! The room was new, with a powerful AC and a strong shower. The view from my room was beautiful, and there was even a Seven Eleven right beside the hotel. The staff was friendly, and I was able to check in early and check out late without any extra charges.
